This 18x24x1.5 inch Amalgamation piece combines an acrylic painting of mine, "Fire and Ice" with a charcoal drawing of a woman's eyes I made a few years back. I then digitally painted the eyes to the colors I wanted and airbrushed shadows and light to create the contours of the face. The result is a marvelously intense piece that speaks to the hot thrill and cold pain that come with love and lust. The 1.5 inch deep stretched canvas makes Amalgamation pieces perfect for wall-hanging. Like all of my work, digital or otherwise, there is no use of AI or automated functions. All my work is done with a paintbrush and canvas, pencil and paper, or stylus and digital art pad.
